We recently moved offices and were concerned about what it might mean for our network. Keeran Networks went the extra mile to make sure our specific challenges were met throughout. With Keeran, we have regular weekly site visits to take care of any IT needs as they arise. The regular onsite technicians are familiar with our team, our software, and ongoing needs, which makes for quick issue resolution. Further, should an IT issue arise throughout the week, we are able to request support on demand, which may be handled remotely or onsite if required. Keeran also meets formally with us each quarter to discuss planning for future needs and address any questions or concerns we may have. Keeran provides exceptional service levels as they arise, but is also proactive as they regularly plan for our future and manage our software and hardware to prevent issues from arising.
